摘 要:隧道等地下工程活动改变着工程范围内原有的工程地质、水文地质环境,为了减少或避免因修建隧道引发地质灾害,保护生态环境,研究并提出新建隧道环境影响评估技术标准十分必要。本文简要地介绍了勘察、施工和运营阶段隧道水文地质工作的要点,提出了新建隧道水文地质的评估方法以及对环境影响评估的方法和标准,隧道环境评估的范围应扩大至隧道两侧各1000~5000m为宜,并提出隧道工程的防排水应改变过去以排为主的原则,而采用以截、堵为主的措施。Underground engineering activities, such as tunnel, may change original environment of engineering geology and hydrogeology in the area of project. In order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of geological disasters due to tunnel construction and protect ecotope, it's necessary to study and work out technical criteria for evaluating the influence on environment caused by newly -constructed tunnels. This paper briefly introduces key points of hydrogeological study in tunnel at the stage of survey, construction and operation, puts forward evaluation methods and standards of hydrogeology and influence on environment in newly-constructed tunnels. The range of tunnel's environment evaluation should be expanded to 1000 - 5000m on two sides of tunnel and the drainage as a main measure in tunnel in the past should be replaced with interception and blockage.
