摘 要:高梯度磁选机的磁系部分是产生和提供磁源的中心,为整机的核心部分。对经过理论计算设计出的磁系结构进行了校核,结果表明在其它条件不变的前提下,工作气隙中的磁场强度随着上磁极截面的增加而增强,反之则是降低的,从而证实了理论设计思路的可行性。在此基础之上,提出了对磁系进行优化的措施。The magnet system of the high gradient magnetic separator is the center of the magnetic source providing and supporting,it is the core component of the equipment.In this paper we are checking the magnet system which is designed after the theoretical calculation,the result is that under the other conditions in the premise of the same,the magnetic field indensity in the air-gap increases with the cross-section increasing,otherwise,the magnetic field indensity will reduce.The checking result confirms the theoretical feasibility of design ideas.The paper also puts forward the optimizing measures of the magnet system design.
