摘　　要：本文介绍了我院门诊分诊系统的构成及功能特点,系统连接在医院局域网中,各模块利用Microsoft Winsock control进行套接字消息传递,被动式访问数据库,减少了对数据库资源的损耗,提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性;并在应用中减轻了导诊护士的压力,改善了就诊环境,规范了就诊秩序,提高了患者满意度,提升了医院的形象。This artical describes the composition, function and characteristics of my hospital outpatient triage system which connects to the local area network, each moudle uses Microsoft Winsock control to pass on information and accesss to the database by passive way that reduces the depletion of resources on the database, and improves the stability and reliability of the system;and in the application, it reduces the pressure of the guided nurses, improves the treatment environment, standardizes treatment order, improves patient satisfaction and enhances the hospital＇s image.
