摘 要:为改善密封锌镍蓄电池在多次充放电循环后锌负极的变形及脱粉问题,提高锌镍蓄电池的电化学性能,对其锌负极的黏结剂进行了研究。介绍了CMC+PTFE、CMC+SBR、HPMC+SBR3种不同组分的黏结剂对锌负极的制备工艺和锌镍电池电化学性能的影响。研究发现:锌负极制备过程中采用适量HPMC+SBR黏结剂可明显提高锌负极浆料的分散性,促进负极中活性物质的均匀分布,减少锌负极浆料在制浆和涂浆过程中的结团现象,增加锌负极在干燥后的柔软性及弹性,极大地减少了多次充放电循环后锌负极的变形及脱粉,提高了电池高温存储性能,延长了电池循环寿命。Binders in Zn anodes of sealed Zn-Ni batteries to solve the deformation and powder-losing problems of Zn anodes and improve the electrochemical performance of Zn-Ni batteries were investigated. The effects of different binders, such as CMC +PTFE,CMC +SBR.HPMC +SBR, on the process technology of Zn anodes and electrochemical performance of Zn-Ni batteries were compared. Through test, it was found that the decentralization of active material of Zn anodes used with binder of HPMC+SBR was improved, while the agglomeration of active material of Zn anodes can be markedly reduced, the pliability and elasticity of Zn anodes were increased, the deformation and powder-losing of Zn anodes were improved obviously and the cycle life of battery was prolonged.
