摘　　要：针对棒材集捆后的特点,提出了一种基于主动轮廓线模型及数字图像处理的计数方法.首先利用主动轮廓线模型将棒材从背景中分离出来,然后利用图像分割、边缘提取及数学形态学来实现棒材的计数.The automatic counting of tied bars is always an unsloved problem. Meanwhile, the complex background of bars has a great impact on the accuracy of the automatic counting. This paper introduce an counting method based on active contour model and digital image processing aim at these problems and combined with the characteristics of bars. Firstly, separate the bars from the background by the use of active contour model. Then,use image segmentation, edge detection and mathematical morphology to achieve counting of bars.
