论宗教问题在西部大开发新的发展阶段中的地位——新疆个案分析

摘　　要：在西部大开发战略中,究竟哪一种因素至关重要曾经在学术界众说纷纭,至今也没有一个明确的定论。但是,有一点是必须肯定的,这就是在不同的发展阶段其影响因素是不同的,也就是说其重点是不同的。鉴于中国西部的独特地理位置和特有的社会人口状况,全国少数民族150个自治州和自治县竟然有110个落在西部,而少数民族大部分具有信教的习惯。因此,在西部大开发十周年的新阶段,基础设施已经初步奠定,进一步开发西部发展西部处理好民族宗教问题,充分发挥宗教的积极作用,消除其消极影响,构建和谐的西部是今后民族繁荣共同发展的重中之重。In strategy for development of the West Regions, there is no definite conclusion on which is the most important factor in the academic circles, even though different scholars hold different opinions. However, it is necessary to confirm that during every stage of the development the effective factors are different. In another words, the focal points are different. Because of the special geographical position and population situation that among 150 autonomous states and autonomous counties in China, 110 of which locate at the western, and the most national minority have traditional habit of its religion faith, at the new stage of ten years of development and primary built of infrastructure, to manage nation religion problem suitably and play the effect of religion for the development of western region, as well as eliminate its negative influence, become current the most important task for the western region＇s harmonious and national prosperity.
