摘　　要：随着经济的高速发展,城市化进程在不断加快.针对道路交通拥挤和交通控制等问题进行研究;基于系统科学理论研究分析城市道路交通系统结构的特性,研究利用这些特性进行道路交通拥挤预测和拥挤控制的模型,进而提出道路交通拥挤控制或缓解的措施和方法.With the rapid economic development and urbanization process continued to accelerate, it is researched for the road traffic congestion and traffic control issues. Based on system of scientific theory structure of urban road traffic system characteristic is researched and analyzed, and the use of these properties of the road traffic congestion prediction and congestion control model is examined. The road traffic congestion control or mitigation measures and methods are presented.
