摘　　要：通过对生态质量管理的内涵和特征、产生与发展过程的阐述,揭示了生态质量管理是建筑工程实现可持续发展的必然选择,也是其获得经济、社会和环境的综合效益的现实基础.研究了生态质量管理水平的评价方法,对建筑工程生态质量管理的实现有一定的指导意义.The quality management on the ecology of the content and features, produce and development process are discoursed, and revealed the ecological quality management works to achieve sustainable development is the inevitable choice, but also its economic, social and environmental benefits of an integrated basis in reality. Studied the ecological assessment methods of quality management level, implementation of ecological quality managementin construction have guiding significance.
