摘 要:基于微观相场动力学模型,研究原子间相互作用能对Ni75AlxV25-x合金孕育期的影响。根据Khachaturyan所给的占位几率公式进一步得到了长程序参数的求值公式。结果表明,先析出相为DO22时,Ni-Al最近邻原子间作用能VNi-Al增大,L12相的孕育期缩短,DO22相的孕育期变化不明显;Ni-V最近邻原子间作用能VNi-V增大,L12相和DO22相的孕育期均缩短。先析出相为L12相时,VNi-Al增大,L12相和DO22相孕育期均缩短;VNi-V增大,L12相孕育期变化不明显,DO22相的孕育期缩短。Based on the microscopic phase-field model, the effects of atomic interchange energy on the incubation time for Ni75AlxV25-x alloy have been researched, and the long range parameter's evaluation formula has obtained according to the formula for occupation probability by Khachaturyan. The experiment result shows that when the D022 phase is deposited firstly, the first-nearest atomic interchange energy between Ni-Al (namely VNi-Al) increases, the incubation time of L12 phase is shortened, but the incubation time of DO22 phase has no obvious change; and the first-nearest atomic interchange energy between Ni-V (namely VNi-V) increases, the incubation time of L12 phase and D022 phase is shortened. When the LIE phase is deposited firstly, the VNi-Al increases, both the incubation time of L12 phase and DO22 phase are shortened, and the VNi-V increases, the incubation time of L12 phase has no obvious change, and the incubation time of DOE2 phase is shortened.
