摘 要:对纯钛片进行阳极氧化,得到长度约2μm的TiO2纳米管,在AgNO3溶液中TiO2纳米管在紫外光照射下,成功的将Ag+离子还原为Ag单质,并沉积在TiO2纳米管表面;用XRD,SEM和XPS对制备的样品进行表征,结果显示:Ag微粒(10-120nm)是以单质的形式,不均匀的分布在TiO2纳米管表面,并具有很好的化学稳定性;Ag/TiO2纳米管光电催化效率随Ag量的增加而增加,但超过最佳值后降解效率就会下降;实验显示Ag含量为1.15%的Ag/TiO2纳米管降解效率最高,紫外光照射3h后,初始浓度为10×10-6mol/L的亚甲基蓝溶液降解率达到100%,比未掺杂Ag的TiO2纳米管降解效率提高了22.98%。Ag nanoparticles were deposited photocatalytically on the TiO2 nanotube surface prepared by anodizing in an electrolyte of AgNO3 and characterized by XRD, SEM and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS). The results show that the Ag particles (from 10 -120 nm in size) are deposited on the TiO2 nanotube surface un-uniformly as Ago and Ag particles, showing a good chemical stability. The photo-degradation rate of mathylcne blue solution increases as the content of Ag loaded on nanotube surface increase. If the content is greater then the most optimally content, the photo-degradation rate will decrease. It is shown that the photo-degradation rate is the highest when the content of Ag is about 1.15%. The Ag loaded nanotubes have much higher photo-degradation rate of about 22.98% than un-loaded nanotubes. The degradation rate is about 100% after UV irradiation of mathylene blue solution of 10×10^-6mol/L for 3 h.
