摘　　要：介绍了上海市某区2008年社区卫生综合改革的状况,提出了社区卫生服务未来发展的原则是坚持政府主导、坚持服务内涵的深化和坚持城郊协调发展。The comprehensive reform of the community health services in one district in Shanghai in 2008 was introduced. The leading position of the government, the capabilities of the community health services and coordinated development of community health services in urban and rural areas were suggested in the paper.
