摘　　要：对上海市某区2008年社区卫生服务中心进行了绩效评价。根据评价结果,提出了应增加社区卫生服务中心的卫生人力投入、完善经济运行机制和改善绩效管理的建议。The authors conducted a performance assessment of the community health centers in one district in Shanghai in 2008. According to the results of the performance assessment, the authors suggested that the inputs of the health manpower, the compensation mechanism and the performance management of the community health centers should be improved.
