基  金:浦东新区社区卫生服务中心绩效评估体系构建与实施的探索(2008HP023)

摘  要:对上海市某区的社区卫生服务进行了社区居民和社区干部的满意度调查及认知调查。结果显示,社区医疗卫生服务的总体满意度较高,但社区基本医疗卫生服务的城市与郊区差异需进一步缩小,社区卫生服务中心的内涵建设应加强。The authors of this article surveyed on the satisfaction and the recognition of the community residents and managers toward the community health centers in one district in Shanghai. The results showed that the overall satisfaction rate of the community residents and managers toward the community health care was relatively high. But the gap of the essential community health care between the urban and the rural areas should be closed and that the capacity of the community health centers should be enhanced.
