摘 要:平面交叉路口的信号配时大多采用F-B理论,它是讨论机动车流下的交叉口信号配时,而我国大部分城市都是机动车和自行车等非机动车混合的交通环境,因此该理论解决我国城市交叉口的信号配时并不完全适用。本文探讨了混合交通流条件下非机动车辆对信号配时的影响以及与机动车之间的换算关系,在考虑非机动车流的基础上研究了如何修正和应用F-B信号配时方法,并针对几种情况探讨了混合交通流条件下交叉路口控制的相位设计及其他一些问题。Conventional signal timing of traffic at intersection mainly used F-B theory that only considered the influence of vehicles at traffic intersection of signal time. The F-B theory did not fit in with the signal timing of traffic at intersection in China due to the hybrid traffic flow containing bikes and vehicles. The influence of not only vehicle but also non-vehicle traffic on signal timing was approached, with their conversion for each other considered when the F-B signal timing method on non-vehicles was used, and how to optimize signal timing of traffic at intersection was studied. Problems on designing control phases at intersection under hybrid traffic flow on several conditions were all discussed.
