摘  要:满足国Ⅲ排放标准是一个系统工程,需要将机内净化和机外净化结合起来。机内净化技术能减少机外净化压力,降低机外净化成本;机外净化主要围绕保持稳定的催化剂工作气氛条件而采用不同的技术方案。为达到国Ⅲ标准要求整车成本会增加,催化器作为满足国Ⅲ的关键零部件,可通过催化剂方案调整、载体结构等方面进行优选,协助主机企业以较低的催化剂成本满足国Ⅲ排放法规。To meet the G Ⅲ standard is a system engineering which needs the comOlnauon of in-engine purification with out-engine purification. The in-engine purification reduces the pressure of the out-engine purification and cost; the out-engine purification mainly maintain the steady working atmosphere conditions of the catalysts to adopt different technical plans. To meet the demand of the G Ⅲ standard will increase the cost of motorcycles. Catalysts as the key component to meet the G Ⅲ can be optically selected through the adjustment of catalysts and the carrier, which helps the engine manufacturer to meet the G Ⅲ standard with lower cost.
