摘 要:针对开关磁阻电机单相绕组通电励磁,双相绕组通电励磁两种不同工作方式,以四相8/6极样机为例,使用有限元分析软件Maxwell 2D,分别对电机的磁场分布、磁链-电流特性、电感特性、静态转矩等静态特性进行了仿真和参数化分析对比;利用Maxwell 2D瞬态仿真模块,为电机连接功率电路,采用优化的控制参数对开关磁阻电机的起动至稳态运转的动态过程进行了仿真分析,得到电机的各相绕组电流、输出转矩等动态特性,根据电机材料属性计算得到电机的铁心损耗.分析过程和仿真结果可以为开关磁阻电机的本体设计、性能校核分析、控制策略优化等研究提供可靠依据.This paper presented the finite element simulation of switched reluctance motor by using Maxwell 2D. Singlephase excited and double-phase excited working modes were both analyzed. A four-phase 8/6 switched reluctance motor is analyzed as the prototype machine,the magnetic field distribution,flux linkage/current diagram,inductance characteristic, static torque characteristics of the motor were obtained and analysis. Add the power circuits to the motor, the motor's dy- namic performances with optimized control parameters were simulated and investigated by using the transient solver from the starting point. The stators' current, output torque, iron-losses curves are obtained. The simulation results form the basis of the motor's design, performance analysis and control category optimization.
