烧结温度对PMSZT压电陶瓷相结构和机电性能的影响

摘  要:采用固相合成法制备了三元系压电陶瓷Pb0.98Sr0.02(Mn1/3Sb2/3)x(Zr0.5Ti0.5)1-xO3(0<x<0.1)(PM-SZT),研究了不同烧结温度对其相结构、微观结构、介电性能及压电性能的影响.实验结果表明:在烧结温度范围内,均可以得到纯的钙钛矿结构的PMSZT陶瓷.随着烧结温度的升高,物相组成由四方相向三方相转变,机械品质因数Qm持续减小,相对介电常数εr、机电耦合系数Kp、压电常数d33先增加后减小,介电损耗tanδ先减小后增加.烧结温度为1200℃时得到最佳的综合性能:Qm=1500、εr=1866、Kp=0.56、d33=326、tanδ=0.4%.Lead antimony-manganese zireonate titanate (PMSZT) ternary piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by solid-solution processing, and the effects of different sintering temperature on the microstruc- ture and piezoelectric properties were investigated. The experimental results indicate that pure perovskite structure was obtained in the sintering temperature range. With the increasing of the sintering temperature, phases shift from tetragonal phase to rhombohedral phase, and the mechanical quality factor Qm reduce. Dielectric constant εr, electromechanical coupling factor Kp and piezoelectric constant d33 increase with the increasing of the sintering temperature and then decrease, whereas, dielectric loss tanδ decrease and then increase. The ceramics sintered at 1 200 ℃ have the optimized properties of Qm=1500、εr=1866、Kp=0.56、d33=326 and tanδ=0.4%.
