摘　　要：南水北调中线工程给丹江口库区旅游开发带来了难得的机遇。面对机遇,要在保护库区生态环境,促进库区人民脱贫致富等原则指导下,按照"一个龙头、两种境界、三条线路、四大主题"的总体思路,进一步搞好库区旅游规划、开发和经营,库区旅游将实现经济效应、文化效应、社会效应的多赢。The Middle--line Project of South--North Water Transferring has brought unprecedented chance for Danjiangkou Reservoir tourist development. Facing the chance, we must, under the guideline of protecting reservoir ecological environment to promote the people＇s becoming rich around the reservoir and the general idea of one flagship, two states, three lines and four themes, do a good job in reservoir tourist plan, development and management so as to achieve the multi--win in economic, cultural and social effects.
