奥运期间口岸卫生检疫监管模式初析

摘　　要：奥运会这类国际性盛大赛事在中国的举办,给卫生检疫工作提出了新的要求,检验检疫工作人员必须积极适应新的形势,面对出入境人员查验通关制度、传染病人员监管和处置方式等的变化,更新和改进卫生检疫查验、监督和监管模式。该文对奥运前后卫生检疫工作中新采取的一些相关措施和方法进行了初步探讨,对卫生检疫工作在新形势下的发展进行了思考,为今后举办类似大型国际会议和赛事时的卫生检疫监管工作提供了思路。The holding of the international events such as the Olympic game poses new requirements for the health quarantine work. Confronted with changes in entry and exit people inspection system, supervision and disposal measures, inspection and quarantine officers have to adapt to the new situations to upgrade and improve inspection, supervision mode. This article discusses the new measures adopted before and after the Olympic game, make reflections on the development of health quarantine work in the new situations in order to provide references for holding similar international conferences and games.
