摘　　要：21世纪GIS技术的蓬勃发展给GIS教学与GIS人才的培养提出了新的要求。在调查国内外GIS专业人才培养现状的基础上,通过分析GIS专业人才的社会需求和GIS专业人才的基本知识结构,提出GIS专业人才培养方案,以培养出适应社会多层次需求的GIS专门人才。The vigorous development of GIS technology in the 21st century has made new demands on GIS teaching and the training of GIS talents. Based on the investigation of the status of professional training at home and abroad, this paper analyzed the basic knowledge of the structure and social, economic demands on qualified talents in GIS field, and proposed the scheme of curriculum design and practical teaching system on GIS professionals to meet the social multi-level needs.
