摘　　要：在新的形势下,大学生职业生涯规划面临着新的挑战,本文通过本科生的问卷调查、统计和分析,了解大学生和高校在职业生涯规划方面的现状,从中也发现了一些问题,并提出了相应的对策,以期对大学生职业生涯规划提供一些参考意见。In the new situation,career plan of university students are facing new challenges,according to the survey,statistics and analysis of undergraduate students,this paper gives us an understanding of the career planning status of college students,it also finds some problems and proposes corresponding countermeasures,with a view to provide some reference for career planning of university students.
