摘 要:本文研究微量添加剂(N、Zr)、锭型(扁、八角)和锻造方法(精锻机、汽锤)对φ120~130 mm断面的M2高速钢中各部位的初生组织、碳化物分布和尺寸,以及淬火时晶粒长大倾向的影响。对钢材的微观冶金质量之综合评比得出,“加N-扁锭-锤锻”工艺可获最满意的结果。新的生产工艺为刀具制造厂取消现行的镦拔锻造工序创造了条件。The influences of micro-additive (N, Zr), ingot shape (flat,octagonal) and forging methods(hammer, precise forging press) on primary structure, distribution and size of carbides and graingrowth tendency in different positions of M2 high speed steel bar with diameter φ 120--130mm were investigated. Four experimetal materials produced by various processes were observed.By comparing micro-metallurgical factors, it was found that the best result could be obtainedby adding N-flat ingot-harmmer process. The new process opens up possibility to get rid of con-vcntional forging operation used in tool manufacturing.
