摘　　要：目的：探讨柴胡注射液致不良反应的一般规律及特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：通过检索1994-2008年国内公开发表的医学期刊报道应用柴胡注射液致不良反应案例，并进行统计分析。结果：不良反应多发生于〈20岁年龄组，男性略多于女性，其出现时间多发生于用药后的前15分钟内。不良反应临床表现复杂多样，涉及机体多个器官系统损伤，主要是对神经系统的损伤。结论：临床医师、药师应了解柴胡注射液所致不良反应的规律和特点，加强其应用的监测，以减少不良反应的发生。OBJECTIVE： To probe into the general patterns and features of adverse drug reactions （ADRs） caused by injection bupleuri. METHODS： The injection bupleuri - induced ADR cases retrieved from domestic medical journals reported during 1994-2008 were analyzed. RESULTS： A total of 73 Injection bupleuri - induced ADR cases were collected （42 were males and 30 females, and the gender of one case remained unknown）; 6 patients died. The ADRs appeared more often within 15 rain after administration of injection bupleuri. Of the 73 cases,37 （50.68%） were below 20 years old. CONCLUSION： Injection bupleuri may induce ADRs or even death, which thus should be used with caution in clinical practice.
