摘　　要：目的:调查城市居民家庭药箱的构成情况、百姓用药习惯和用药依从性、家庭药箱的管理等问题,为医药学专家设计有针对性的公众健康教育主题和卫生行政部门的管理和决策提供参考。方法:以调查问卷形式,通过社区入户调查和互联网在线调查的方式,在全国范围内开展城市居民家庭药箱调查活动。结果及结论:城市居民家庭药箱的构成和管理仍然存在一些不足,特别是在药品分类管理、效期管理和定期清理等方面;居民在用药依从性和主动咨询方面值得进一步提高;药师在社区居民用药中的影响力较弱,需要加大进社区宣传和咨询的力度,提高自身形象,提高百姓安全用药水平。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the compositions of citizen family medicine - chests, the drug taking behavior and medical compliances as well as the management of medicine - chests ete in order to provide references for medical experts in designing the subjects of public health education and for reference of health administrative department in management and decision - making. METHODS： A door- to - door and internet online questionnaire survey was conducted among citizens throughout the country to collect the data about family medicine - chest. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： The composition and management of Chinese citizen medicine - chests still have some problems, especially in the classified management of drugs, drug expiration date management and periodic unscrambling of medicine - chest. Chinese citizen＇ medication compliance and drug counseling during treatment remain to be improved. Pharmacists have poor influence on the drug use of community citizens, thus they should to strengthen propaganda and drug counseling service in community so as to boost their reputation and improve the level of public safe medication.
