FSH剂量对绒山羊超数排卵效果的研究

摘　　要：为了探索FSH剂量对辽宁绒山羊的超排效果,对加拿大生产的FSH设计了192mg、208mg、224mg和240mg4个剂量组,对宁波生产的FSH设计了150IU、160IU、180IU和190IU4个剂量组,进行超数排卵处理。结果表明:加拿大生产的FSH总剂量192mg,平均每只羊回收的总胚胎数量、可用胚胎数量显著或极显著高于其它3个剂量组;宁波生产的FSH总剂量180IU,平均每只羊回收的总胚胎数量显著或极显著高于其它3个剂量组,可用胚胎数量极显著高于另外3个剂量组。This experiment was to find out the suitable dose of FSH for the superovulation of Liaoning cashmere goats. The effect of FSH from Canada was studied in four levels of 192 mg,208 mg, 224 mg and 240 mg, while FSH from Ningbo, China was of 150 IU, 160 IU, 180 IU and 190 IU. The results showed that, for the FSH from Canada, the average of obtained embryos and available embryos per goat in treatment of 192mg was significantly more （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）than the other three treatments; for the FSH from China, the average of obtained embryos per goat in the treatment of 180IU was significantly more （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）than the other three treatments （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）, and the available embryos in the treatment of 180IU was the most（P〈0.01 ）.
