摘　　要：EPS（聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料）混凝土是一种新型轻质、保温墙体材料，是以废弃的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料（EPS）骨料和水泥为主要成分。文章介绍了聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料骨料表面与水泥浆的润湿和粘接的技术措施，以及提高抗冻性的技术关键。确定出的配合比满足了格构建筑体系[1]的基本要求，该混凝土不但可用于内、外非承重墙和屋面等，也可用作其它吸水率较大材料的包覆材料。Polystyrene concrete is a new style, light weight and thermal insulation wall material, which is mainly made up of polystyrene foam plastics aggregate and cement. This paper introduces the techonological measure of moisture and coherence of polystyrene foam plastics aggregate surface with cement mortar, as well as the techonological key for raising frost resistance. The proportion of the concrete can meet the basic needs of the checker-structure architectural system. It is not only fit to be used as interior and outer unloaded wall material,but also used as wrapping material for high absorption of water.
