摘　　要：阐述了母牛同期发情技术的机理,介绍了用于母牛同期发情的激素。给出了用氯前列烯醇诱导晋南黄牛同期发情效果的观察结果——受胎率为62%(相当正常水平)。认为该方法是成功的,具有实用价值,并为胚胎移植冷配等工作提供了依据。This paper introduces the mechanism of and the hormones for cattle estrus synchronization,and presents the observation result of cattle estrus synchronization induced by cloprostenol in the South of Shanxi Province—the pregnancy rate was 62% （equivalent to the normal level）. The author holds that the method is successful,is of practical value,and provides a basis for embryo transfer.
