摘　　要：通过对参加全军军事三项比赛的队员进行训练伤病调查,统计分析了400 m障碍、投弹、越野跑等训练科目发生训练伤的原因、特点及多发受伤部位和受伤性质。以期总结部队军事训练和体能训练中训练伤病发生的规律,为部队科学开展各项训练、比赛提供研究依据。Throuth invetigating the injuries of the memebers taking part in the match of three military sports events,the authors anlysed the causes,characters,positions for the injuries of 400-meter obstacle,Bomb（vote cast far and prospective） and Cross-country running game,so as to conclude the rule of injury for military training and fitness training and provide reference for the scintific training in troops.
