摘  要:目的:研究白香丹胶囊(白芍提取物,丹皮酚提取物,香附挥发油)含量测定方法,并建立其质量标准。方法:采用HPLC法分别测定白香丹胶囊中芍药苷、丹皮酚、α-香附酮的含量。结果:芍药苷在0.612-5.508μg之间线性关系良好(r=0.999 3),平均回收率为98.16%,(RSD=1.18%,n=5);丹皮酚在0.150 4-1.353 6μg之间线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.17%,(RSD=1.52%,n=5);α-香附酮在0.271-2.439μg之间线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为98.02%(RSD=1.58%,n=5)。结论:所用方法准确、可靠,可行性及重复性良好,可用于控制该制剂的质量。AIM: To establish the analytical methods for determing paeoniflorin,paeonol and α-cyperone in Baixiangdan Capsule(extract of Radix Paeoniae alba,extract of paeonol,volatile oil of Rhizoma Cyperi). METHODS: The contents of paeoniflorin,paeonol and α-cyperone in the capsule were determined by HPLC respectively. RESULTS: The linear range of paeoniflorin was within 0.6125.508 μg(r=(0.999 3)) and the average recovery was 98.16%(RSD=1.18%,n=5).The linear range of paeonol was 0.150 4 μg-1.353 6 μg(r=(0.999 8)) and the average recovery was 98.02% ( RSD = 1.58%, n = 5 ). CONCLUSION :The method is reliable, accurate, feasible and reproducible and can be applied to the quality control of Baixiangdan Capsule.
