厦门旅游人力资源存在问题及对策研究

摘　　要：随着厦门旅游业的发展,旅游人力资源存在的问题越来越受到关注。通过对厦门旅游人力资源的调查,分析了厦门旅游业人力资源存在的问题,推测了厦门旅游业人力资源总量和结构方面的需求,提出了政府、旅游企业和旅游人才中介机构不同层面的相应对策和建议,以期实现厦门旅游业的可持续发展。With the development of the tourism industry in Xiamen,the problems of tourist human resources was paid more and more attention to. According to the survey for tourist htman resources in Xiamen, this article analyzed the problems of tourist human resources in Xiamen, and speculated the needs about the total number and the structure of tourist human resources in Xiamen, and put forward the different levels corresponding countermeasures and recommendations from the govemment, tourism enterprises and tourism agency personnel. With a view to achieving sustainable development of tourism in xiamen.
