摘　　要：叙述半导体制冷原理,介绍一种半导体制冷器温度控制系统的设计;通过开关电源提供可调电压,温度传感器获得感应电压,半导体制冷来调节温度。试验结果表明:设计的温度控制系统完全符合对温度稳定性的要求。The semiconductor refrigeration principle is narrated in this article. The design of a semiconductor refrigeration temperature controlling system is introduced. Switching power supply provides an adjustable voltage temperature. The temperature sensor measures the induced voltage. The Semiconductor Freezer adjusts the temperature. The experiment results prove that the system has high stability in controlling temperature.
