摘　　要：新中国成立60年来,在社会主义建设的不同历史时期,党和国家制定了培养选拔少数民族干部的一系列方针和政策,民族干部工作取得了巨大成就,获得了宝贵的经验。Since the foundation of the New China 60 years ago, China has made a series of policies and guidelines for cultivating and selecting cadres of the ethnic minorities in different historical periods of socialist construction, and made great achievement in the minorities＇ cadre work and acquired precious experience in this aspect.
