摘 要:试验以葡萄糖和邻苯二甲酸作为易生物降解和难生物降解的代表有机物,研究了一种动态循环测定BDOC的方法,将待测水样不断循环通过生物载体反应器,使其中可生物降解有机碳充分降解,测定DOC的变化以确定BDOC值。结果表明:①以动态循环法测定水处理流程和管网中BDOC的变化显示,水源水预氯化后BDOC增加了31.58%,出厂水加氯同样使BDOC增加;②动态循环测定BDOC的方法有测定时间短,能评价不同水源水是否适合采用生物处理技术的优点。Taking glucose and o phthalic acid as representative compounds of good and poor biodegradability respectively,a dynamic circulating method for measuring of biodegradable dissolved organic carbon (BDOC) in water is described in this paper.BDOC in water was degraded by circulating water through a biofilm reactor repeatedly and measured by calculating the change of dissolved organic carbon (DOC) of the water.The experimental results showed that:(1) the method was used to measure the change of BDOC in water purification process and in pipeline.The results showed that BDOC of source water increased 31.58% after pre chlorination;BDOC of finished water also increased after post chlorination.(2) This method had several advantages:short in analysis time and able to evaluate of feasibility of biological treatment process for different source water.
