摘　　要：介绍了一种非导电材料电加工机床,采用熔融金属的高速粒子流喷在基体表面产生导电覆层,利用移动式导电橡胶接入阳极到待加工件,非导电材料在喷涂覆层后,电流瞬间击穿覆层,在微小环境内产生高温高压和气蚀,将材料剥离工件表面。操作简单实用,可在普通电火花加工机床的基础上改造而成,对非导电材料加工方便实用。A non-conductive materials-electrical machines, using high-speed particles of molten metal spray in the matrix surface of conductive coating, the use of mobile access to the anode to the conductive rubber parts to be processed, non-conductlve material in spray coating, the current instant hit wear a cover layer, generated within the micro-environment, high temperature and pressure and gas corrosion, stripping the material workpiece surface. Operation is simple and practical, may be in an ordinary EDM machine tool based on the transformation is made of non-conductive materials processing convenient and practical.
