摘  要:目的探讨肺炎支原体DNA(MP-DNA)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)对诊断支原体肺炎的敏感性和特异性,为临床提供准确快速的诊断依据。方法采用MP荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测患儿呼吸道分泌物标本中的MP-DNA水平,同时检测血清hs-CRP和MP-IgM的浓度,并与WBC计数进行比较。结果MP-DNA和hs-CRP对诊断支原体肺炎的敏感性均高于WBC计数,3个指标中敏感性以hs-CRP最高;特异性和阳性预测值以MP-DNA最高;阴性预测值和约登指数,MP-DNA和hs-CRP二者相差无几。结论MP-DNA检测对肺炎支原体的早期诊断有一定的价值。Objective To explore diagnostic evaluation of sensitivity and specificity in children with MP pneumonia,and provide accurate and quick diagnostic proof for clinic treatment. Methods Children's respiratory secretion samples were collected for fluorescent quantitative PCR for MP-DNA, and the serum concentrations of hs-CRP and MP-IgM were detected by immunobiochemistry methods, and the three indexes were compared with WBC's count. Results MP-DNA and hs-CRP are superior for sensitivity in diagnosis of MPP. Of the three indexes,the hs-CRP is the most sensitive,and MP-DNA is more superior than that of others in specificity and positive predictors ; Negative predictors and Youden index of MP-DNA and hs-CRP have little difference in common. Conclusion MP-DNA is evaluable in early and accurate diagnosis of MP infection disease.
