摘　　要：高效预应力结构设计的预应力度法，不仅有预应力度概念，而且还有结构抗裂安全系数和结构应力以及混凝土拉应力限制系数概念。所建议的预应力度方法已在北京、天津和南京等地的一些新的预应力结构中实践应用。上述主要概念也反映在我国混凝土结构设计规范中。A method based on degree of prestress of the high effect prestressed concrete structural design is introduced herein.The method involves not only the concept of degree of prestress but also the factor of safety against cracking and stress of a structure and concrete tensile stress control coefficient.Practical application of the proposed method in the design of some new pc structures in Beijing,Tianjin and Nanjing etc.is described.The above mentioned concepts is also reflected in the new Chinese design code for concretes tructure.
