摘 要:以南方沿海某建筑物为研究对象,探讨建筑物在多因素腐蚀作用下的耐久性问题。重点研究了导致该情况发生的耐久性影响因素,检测了该建筑物混凝土保护层的碳化深度、游离氯离子浓度及浓度-深度的变化梯度。在检测中发现其碳化深度均已经超过了混凝土保护层厚度,而不同构件的氯离子含量却相差很大。对该情况出现的原因及产生的后果进行了讨论,断定为是在南方沿海的气候环境下,混凝土保护层的碳化、氯离子侵蚀等多因素的共同作用,最终导致了该建筑物的迅速劣化。This paper discusses a building along the seashore in southem China which failed due to the durability problem. The steel bars are found seriously deteriorated due to corrosion in two decades since it was built. Some durability factors, such as carbonation depths, chloride concentration profile gradient, and the free chloride concentration, of the concrete cover were measured. The results denote that the carbonation is gone through the concrete cover and reaches the rebar, and the chloride concentration of some RC members is higher than the threshold of the steel corroded. The durability of RC members under the multi-factor effect is also discussed in this paper.
