从生命动力元素的含量讨论大黄的药性和药味

摘  要:首先分别采用干法硝化和湿法硝化对青海和甘肃产大黄进行了预处理,用等离子光谱仪检测了大黄中11种生命动力元素(Sr、Mn、Mo、Zn、V、Cr、Fe、Co、Cu、Ni和Ti)的含量;在此基础上采用第四统计力学群子理论对数据进行了系统的研究,求出群子统计参数,以此来探讨大黄的药性、药味。结果表明,甘肃大黄的阴性更强,其泻下作用更强,青海大黄的阴性偏阳,药效起作用时间快,其提高免疫力的作用更强。此理论结果还有待进一步临床检验。Rhubarb is a typical traditional Chinese drug. In this paper, two methods have been found to pretreat the rhubarb, which were dry-nitrate process and wettest-nitrate process. The samples of rhubarb offered by Beijing Normal University which are picked from Qinghai and Gansu have been pretreated. Content of 11 kinds of trace elements(Sr, Mn, Mo, Zn, V, Cr, Fe, Co, Cu, Ni, Ti) was determined by ICP atomic emission spectroscopy. Then distributing law of power elements of life of the rhubarb was researched and analyzed, and the property and flavor of a medicine was discussed from that. point of view , -.From these sub- cluster parameters in-experiment, the speculation was gained as follows: Gansu rhubarb', feminine is stronger, which means its purgative function is better; the Qinghai rhubarb is also feminine, but a little bit masculine than Gansus', which means its time to onset is more shorter, and has a better function for improving immunity . The theoretical result remains to be proven.
