摘 要:针对传统上向扇形炮孔爆破落矿存在的凿岩质量难以保证、炮孔利用率低、炸药单耗高、不利于提高分段高度及采矿效率等弊端,根据莱芜矿业各矿床的地质条件、采矿方法,开发了垂直平行孔落矿技术,该技术可以利用预拉开的空间进行垂直下向或上向凿岩,炮孔质量便于控制,且可以对矿房边界实施预裂爆破。落矿爆破采用先进的逐孔起爆技术,降低了炸药单耗,提高了爆破效果。The fan-shaped hole blast falling has many abuses, such as difficuh to guarantee the hammer quality, an inefficient hole, explosive consumption high and making against to heighten sublevel height and improve mining efficiency. Depending on deposit's geological conditions and mining method of Laiwu Mining, vertical parallel hole caving technology was developed. This technology can use advance interspace to vertical downward working or upward working, easy to control blast hole quality, and advance crack blasting can put in practice for the room boundary. The caving blasting adopted advanced hole-by-hole initiating technique, reducing the explosive consumption and improving blasting effect.
