摘 要:针对济钢2#1750m3高炉炉缸侧壁G1和E1点温度上升的情况,采取了风口喂入含钛包芯线护炉措施,E1点温度从801℃下降到522℃,但G1点温度下降不明显。对喂线期间高炉操作参数的分析表明,喂线促进了炉缸的均匀,对高炉操作影响不大,为解决炉缸局部区域侵蚀提供了一种技术手段,但需要对喂线部位加强冷却。Aiming at the situation of the temperature rise of G1 and E1 point in hearth sidewall of Jinan Steel s No.2 1 750 m3blast furnace,the furnace lining protection measure of inlet titanium-containing clad wire from the tuyere was adopted. Then the temperature of E1 point descended to 522 ℃ from 801 ℃ and the temperature of G1 point did not descend obviously. The analysis for the operation parameters in wire-feeding period showed that wire-feeding promoted the uniformity of the hearth,affected the BF operation not too and provided a technological mean for resolving the hearth erosion of local area, but the wire-feeding position need to be carefully cooled.
