摘  要:济钢冷轧板厂采用的是双机架可逆式生产工艺,原料卷重偏小成为制约成材率和产能提高的主要因素,为此开发了拼卷生产工艺,在酸洗工序将2个热轧卷拼焊成1个卷或3卷拼焊成2卷进行轧制、退火及精整生产,并解决了钢卷信息的跟踪和传递问题。使原料卷重增加50%左右,明显提高了轧制效率和退火效率,综合成材率提高1~1.5个百分点,产能提高20%~30%,电耗、煤气消耗降低10%以上。Because Jinan Steel Cold Roiling Plant adopted double reversing mill, the small hot coil was the main reason of restricting the improvement of rolling yield and productivity. A new art named welding roiling was put into practice. Two hot coils became one coil or three coils became two coils by welding and then put into roiling, annealing, finishing and so on, and the traction and transfer of coil information was also realized. The average weight of hot coil increased by 50%, and the efficiency of rolling and annealing improved salience, and the cut losing of coil head and tail is reduced ,overall finished products yield increased by 1.0 to 1.5 percent, the productivity increased by 20% to 30% and the consume of electricity and coal gas reduced by over 10%.
