摘　　要：按照可燃气体报警器的国家标准GB15322中对煤制气报警器的试验项目,对费加罗公司生产的电化学式一氧化碳传感器TGS5042的国标适应性进行了全面的评价。文中提出了如何利用传感器的数据,来获得使用该传感器的报警器的性能参数的计算方法。试验结果表明:已在美国广泛用于一氧化碳家用报警器中的TGS5042传感器,可以满足煤制气用报警器国标的要求,对和传感器有关的11个测试项目的测试结果,全部合格,并且有较大的误差余地。由于TGS5042具有高灵敏度、高选择性以及气体浓度-传感器输出关系的高线性等特点,这就为使用TGS5042传感器开发中国的煤制气用报警器提供了重要的、科学的数据依据。According to the test items for flammable gas alarm of China Standard GB15322 to the coal gas, an adaptability; test to the GB15322 was carried out using an electrochemistry type carbon monoxide sensor TGS5042 manufactured by FIGARO company. The paper proposed a calculation method of how to use the sensor data to evaluate the performance of the gas alarm using that sensor. The test result indicated that, TGS5042, a sensor which is already widely used in household CO alarm in USA, may excel- lently satisfy to the Standard for coal gas alarms. As a result, all of those 11 items related to gas sensor completely are qualified, and has the big erroneous leeway. Because TGS5042 has high sensitivity, high selectivity, as well as gas high linearity between the gas concentration and the sensor output, so that these results have provided an important and scientific data basis to develop coal gas alarms in China, using TGS5042 sensor.
