摘  要:In order to obtain a molecular-targeting photosensitizer mediated by folate receptor,5-p-(4-aminobutoxyphenyl)-10,15,20-tri-p-methoxyphenylporphyrin was synthesized with a four-step procedure starting from p-hydroxybenzaldehyde,p-methoxybenzaldehyde and pyrrole,then,a novel folate-porphyrin compound was prepared through a condensation reaction of the aminoporphyrin with actived folic acid.Its structure was characterized by IR,UV-Vis,MS and 1HNMR spectra.In order to obtain a molecular-targeting photosensitizer mediated by folate receptor,5-p-(4-aminobutoxyphenyl)-10,15,20-tri-p-methoxyphenylporphyrin was synthesized with a four-step procedure starting from p-hydroxybenzaldehyde,p-methoxybenzaldehyde and pyrrole,then,a novel folate-porphyrin compound was prepared through a condensation reaction of the aminoporphyrin with actived folic acid.Its structure was characterized by IR,UV-Vis,MS and 1HNMR spectra.
