摘　　要：在线整定是安全阀校验普遍采用的方法，介绍了安全阀压力整定仪在线整定技术的工作原理及其设计。系统采用AT89C55WD作为主控制器，附加外部复位电路、电源模块、差分放大及A／D转换模块、电压监控模块、键盘及显示模块等。该系统通过I／O口模拟I^2C总线读取A／D转换数据，同时使用4个独立式按键来对系统状态进行控制，并采用5位数码管显示测量数据。安全阀整定仪在锅炉运行的情况下，仅需2～5s即可完成对安全阀的在线整定。Online turning is commonly used in safety valve verification, the operational principle of the online pressure tuning technology and the design of the pressure tuner for safety valve are introduced. The system is composed of AT89C55WD, the main controller, external reset cir- cuit, power module, differentia｜ amplifier and A/D conversion module, voltage monitoring module, keyboard and display module. Through I/O port and emulated I2C bus, the A/D conversion data are read. The status of system is controlled by four of independent keys, and the measured data are displayed on five LEDs. In boiler operation, online tuning of the safety valve can be accomplished in only 2 - 5 seconds.
