浅谈职业健康安全管理体系与安全质量标准化整合

摘　　要：文章简要论述了职业健康安全管理体系与企业安全质量标准化整合的必要性和可行性,并对整合的方法进行了初步探讨,指出安全质量标准化与职业健康安全管理体系是企业开展安全生产工作中两种必不可少、相辅相成的手段和管理标准。两者各有侧重,既不能偏废,也不能绝对化,要有机地结合起来,通过职业健康安全管理体系的有效运行,来实现安全质量标准化,最终达到降低职业风险,提高本质安全的目的。Necessity and feasibility of integration betw een OHSAS and safe mass standardization are expounded in the essay. Based on the probe into the methods of integration, it puts forward that OHSAS and safe mass standardization are two requisite and complementary ways and management standards. Each of them places extra emphasis, so they should be integrated instead of doing one thing and neglect another as well as absolutization. By effective running of OHSAS, organizations realize safe mass standardization to carry out the point of reducing professional risk and increasing material safety.
