不同种类生根剂对葡萄品种“北冰红”硬枝扦插生根成苗效果的研究

摘　　要：酿造冰红葡萄酒新品种＂北冰红＂的插条不经植物激素处理（CK）,生根率和成苗率仅为12.6%和7.9%,＂北冰红＂的插条经ABT生根粉1～5号、萘乙酸、萘已酸钠和吲哚丁酸处理后,均有生根效果,以吲哚丁酸、萘乙酸和生根粉1号生根率和成苗率高,分别为81.0%和70.1%、79.3%和69.5%、62.1%和50.4%,分别高于（CK）68.4%和62.2%、66.7%和61.6%、49.5%和42.5%,但用ABT生根粉1号处理的插条基部出现黑褐色,催根期间幼苗生长略小,催根后期出现少量烂根,催根幼苗移栽苗圃地成活率低。通过试验筛选出＂北冰红＂硬枝扦插适宜的生根剂是萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸,分别为150 mg/kg浸泡插条基部5 cm处6 h,是适宜的药液浓度和药液处理插条时间,可在生产中应用。The rooting rate and seedling percent of Beibinghong via hard branch with no hormone treatment（CK） were 12.6% and 7.9% respectively,while the effects those were significant with treatment of rooting agents of ABT 1~5,NAA,NAA-Na and IBA.The rooting rate and seedling percent of IBA,NAA and ABT 1 reached 81.0% and 70.1%,79.3% and 69.5%,62.1% and 50.4% respectively and were higher than CK by 68.4% and 62.2%,66.7% and 61.6%,49.5% and 42.5%.But the base of cutting wood with the treatment of ABT 1 appeared pitchy, the plants grew a bit smaller, showed small amount rot root in the late of rooting and lower survival rate transplanted into nursery lot. Through this test we selected NAA and IBA as the suitable rooting agent of Beibinghong in production Via hard branch cutting with the treatment of 150 mg/kg under 5 cm of base soaking for 6 hours.
