摘　　要：介绍了保健山楂酥片生产的最新技术,从原料选用、软化、投料、配料到干燥成型、再次成型都有创新。重点介绍了不同原料的软化、投料顺序、烘房改造及成型情况。This article introduced the new technology that form soft haw cake according to select material,soften,put in material,make up material,dry,form and bring forth new ideas on reforming.This article mainly introduced something that soften diffenent materials,order put in material,remake warm room and form.
