脂肝清胶囊对酒精性肝损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：目的探讨脂肝清胶囊对酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用白酒复制大鼠肝损伤模型,脂肝清胶囊按高、低剂量灌胃,连续8周,测定血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)及三酰甘油(TG)的含量,并观察肝脏的病理组织学改变。结果脂肝清胶囊高、低剂量组可显著降低大鼠血清AST、ALT及TG含量,与肝损伤模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01或0.05);肝组织病理学改变较肝损模型组显著减轻(P<0.05)。结论脂肝清胶囊对大鼠酒精性肝损伤具有保护作用,呈一定的量效关系。Objective It is to approach the protective effect of Zhiganqing Capsule in alcoholic liver injure.Methods Liver injure rat models were made by alcohol,the high-dose and lowdose Zhiganqing Capsule were intragastric administration continuously for 8 weeks,the contents of AST,ALT and TG were detected,and the pathology change of hepatic was observed.Results Zhiganqing Capsule of the high-dose group and the low-dose group can obviously lowerdown the contents of AST,ALT and TG compared with the model group（P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈0.01 ）, and the pathology change of hepatic was obviously improved than the model group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Zhiganqing Capsule have protective effect in alcoholic liver injure rats, and there is a dose-effect relationship.
