摘　　要：综述了近年来大学生自卑心理的多种表现、产生原因、危害。提出了补偿法、领悟法、暗示法、成功性格训练法等对策。It reviewed a variety of manifestations, causes and hazards of university students with psychological inferiority. And it put forward some countermeasures including compensation methods, understanding methods, suggestion methods, and methods of success character training.
