摘　　要：发展乡村旅游业是改善我国农村经济结构、增加农民收入的一个重要途径和方法。首先剖析了当前制约我国乡村旅游业开发的主要困难和问题,接着阐述并论证了有利于乡村旅游业快速健康发展的四大历史机遇,进而从宏观政策、产业结构、微观经营等三个层面分别提出了一系列重要的建议,对加快我国乡村旅游业的快速健康发展具有较大的参考价值。In the conditional area, rural tourism development is an important means to improve the rural economic structure, increase the income of peasants. The paper analyzes the main difficulties and problems to restrict the rural tourism development in our country, and then discuss the four historic opportunity benefits, at last, from the macro-policy to micro-management levels, a series of policy countermeasures and thinking were proposed, which is very important to the Chinese tourism industry.
